2026 September Service Changes
Orange Line Adjustment
Effective Tuesday, September 1 until the start of the State Fair of Texas on September 24, DART Orange Line trains will run single cars on weekdays to allow preventative maintenance and ensure enough cars are available for State Fair weekend crowds. Schedules are not changing.
Bus Schedule Adjustments & Expanded GoLink Coverage
Effective Monday, September 14, DART will implement bus schedule adjustments and GoLink expansions in several zones. Additionally, minor adjustments will affect select bus bays and light rail.

As part of DART’s commitment to the City of Plano to provide citywide GoLink coverage, the agency will expand existing GoLink zones and add a new zone in a previously unserved sector.

Bus Route 3 Ross
Starting September 14, 2026, Route 003 ROSS will have schedule changes on both weekdays and weekends. Most trips shift by a few minutes, with some trips added and removed, and weekend service on outbound trips will run a little more often.
Bus Route 22 Forest Lane
Route 022 Forest Lane will have weekday schedule updates starting September 14, 2026. Most trips shift by 1 minute, and there are a few added and removed trips in both directions.
Bus Route 108 Camp Wisdom
Route 108 (CAMP WISDOM) will have schedule updates on September 14, 2026. Most trips will shift by 1 to 5 minutes, and on weekday eastbound service one trip is added and one is removed.
Bus Route 109 Beckley
Starting September 14, 2026, Route 109 BECKLEY will have weekday schedule updates in both directions. Some trips will run a few minutes earlier or later, and there will also be a small number of added and removed trips.
Bus Route 237 Preston
Starting September 14, 2026, Route 237 (Preston) will have updated schedules in both directions, with some trips added and removed, several trip time changes, and stop changes on weekdays and weekends. Riders should check their trip times carefully, especially during weekday peak periods and weekend service.
Bus Route 238 Naaman Forest
Route 238 will have schedule changes on both weekdays and weekends starting September 14, 2026. Most trips are only shifting by a few minutes, with some weekend trips added and removed in both directions.
UT DALLAS EAST
Starting September 14, 2026, Route 883E (UT Dallas East) will have schedule changes on weekdays in both directions. Riders should expect some trips to be added and removed, with westbound service changing to every 15-20 minutes and eastbound service remaining every 15 minutes.
UT DALLAS WEST
Starting September 14, 2026, Route 883W (UT Dallas West) will add weekday service in both directions. Riders will see 12 trips in each direction during peak, midday, and off-peak periods.
Addison Transit Center
There will be changes to the bus bay assignments at the transit center. Riders should check the route signs to ensure they board the correct bus.
Blue Line
Starting September 14, 2026, BLUE LINE rail service will change in both directions on weekdays and weekends, with some trips added, some removed, and several trip times adjusted. Frequency stays at every 20 minutes, but some late-evening and early-morning trips will shift.
Green Line
The GREEN LINE will have major changes starting September 21, 2026. Weekday service in both directions is discontinued, and weekend service will have fewer trips, adjusted times, and longer waits.
Green Line
The GREEN LINE rail schedule is changing on September 14, 2026. Weekday service in both directions is discontinued, and weekend service in both directions will have some trips removed and slightly adjusted times.
Orange Line
The Orange Line will have updated weekend and weekday service starting September 21, 2026. Riders should expect some trips to run a few minutes earlier or later, plus some trips added and removed, especially on weekends.
Orange Line
Starting September 14, 2026, the ORANGE LINE will have schedule changes on weekdays and weekends, including added and removed trips, adjusted trip times, and some stop changes. Weekend service will see the biggest changes, with more changes in both eastbound and westbound service and frequency varying by time of day.
Red Line
Starting September 21, 2026, the RED LINE will stop running northbound on both weekdays and weekends, and weekday southbound service will also end. Weekend southbound service will be reduced and changed, with many trips removed and some trip times adjusted.
Red Line
Starting September 14, 2026, the RED Line will change on weekdays and will not run in either direction on weekends. Weekday service will also have some trip time changes, with a few trips added and removed in both directions.
Silver Line
Starting September 21, 2026, Silver Line Rail will add trips in both directions, with more frequent service during some weekday and weekend times. Weekend service will run more often for much of the day, and weekday service will also be extended later into the evening.
Farmers Branch
The zone will be extended to serve the apartments and businesses along Senlac Drive and Mercer Parkway. The zone boundary will also be adjusted to include more of Sam’s Club and Walmart Supercenter.
East Plano
Riders in this zone will now be able to book trips to and from Collin College Plano Campus.
South Central Plano
Riders in this zone will now be able to book trips to and from 12th Street Station where they can connect to either the DART Rail Red and Orange lines or the Silver Line.

Starting September 14, 2026, Route 883E (UT Dallas East) will have schedule changes on weekdays in both directions. Riders should expect some trips to be added and removed, with westbound service changing to every 15-20 minutes and eastbound service remaining every 15 minutes.

Starting September 14, 2026, Route 883W (UT Dallas West) will add weekday service in both directions. Riders will see 12 trips in each direction during peak, midday, and off-peak periods.

Routes 109, 238, 022, 003, 883E, and 108 will have schedule updates.
Route 109 (BECKLEY): Weekday inbound trips will shift by 1 to 5 minutes, with 36 trips adjusted, 8 added, and 8 removed. Weekday outbound trips will also shift by 1 to 5 minutes, with 40 trips adjusted, 2 added, and 2 removed.
Route 238 (NAAMAN FOREST/BELTLINE): Weekday eastbound and westbound trips will be adjusted by about 1 to 5 minutes, with one trip added and one removed in each direction. Weekend eastbound trips will shift by about 1 to 5 minutes, with 10 added and 10 removed, and weekend westbound trips will shift by about 1 to 5 minutes, with 3 added and 3 removed.
Route 022 (FOREST LANE): Weekday westbound trips will shift by 1 minute, with 5 added and 5 removed. Weekday eastbound trips will also shift by 1 minute, with 3 added and 3 removed.
Route 003 (ROSS): Weekday inbound trips will mostly move 1 to 4 minutes earlier, with one trip added and one removed, while weekday outbound trips will shift by 2 to 5 minutes, with 65 added and 65 removed. Weekend inbound trips will shift by about 1 minute, and weekend outbound trips will change more, with trips added and removed and frequency changing in some periods.
Route 883E (UT DALLAS EAST): Weekday westbound service will change from every 15 minutes to a pattern of 15 to 20 minutes between 07:00 and 23:25, with 65 trips added and 64 removed. Weekday eastbound service will also change between 07:00 and 23:24, with 65 trips added and 64 removed.
Route 108 (CAMP WISDOM): Weekend eastbound trips will shift by 1 to 2 minutes and westbound trips by 1 to 3 minutes, with no trips added or removed. Weekday eastbound trips will shift by 1 to 5 minutes, with one trip added at 06:57 and one removed at 07:03. Weekday westbound trips will also shift by 1 to 5 minutes. Frequency stays 20 minutes during peak weekday times and 30 minutes during midday and off-peak times.
Route Changes
Route 237 (PRESTON): Weekday outbound service will have 31 trips shifted, with 2 added and 2 removed. Frequency will change from 27-40 minutes to 25-47 minutes in peak periods, 26-43 to 27-43 minutes at midday, and 40-66 to 30-66 minutes off-peak. Weekday inbound service will have 26 trips shifted, with 8 added and 8 removed. Weekend outbound service will have 23 trips shifted, and frequency will change from 40-60 minutes to 40-62 minutes. Weekend inbound service will have 25 trips shifted, with 2 added and 2 removed. Both weekday and weekend service include stop removals and stop additions.
Route 883W (UT DALLAS WEST): This route update adds two weekday directions, Westbound and Eastbound. Each direction will have 12 trips in peak, midday, and off-peak periods, with no trips removed or shifted.

Route BLUE (BLUE LINE): For both weekday and weekend service, northbound trips will have 58 trips shifted, with 7 added and 4 removed. Southbound trips will have 60 trips shifted, with 8 added and 6 removed.
Route Changes
Route RED (RED LINE): Weekday northbound and southbound service will keep 20-minute frequency, with several late-evening trip additions and removals. Weekend service in both directions will be discontinued.
Route ORANGE (ORANGE LINE): Weekend eastbound and westbound service will have trip time changes, added and removed trips, and one stop removed and one stop added in each direction. Weekend frequency will change in all time periods. Weekday westbound service will have small time adjustments, one trip added, and one trip removed, while weekday frequency stays the same in peak and off-peak and changes in midday.
Route GREEN (GREEN LINE): On weekdays, GREEN LINE rail service will no longer operate southbound or northbound. On weekends, southbound service will keep the same general 20-minute peak pattern, but some trips are removed and several early morning trips are shifted by 1 minute. Northbound weekend service also has trips removed, several early morning trips shifted by 1 minute, and changes to the service frequency.

Silver Line (Route SILVER): Eastbound weekend trips are being added from 08:58 to 00:52, changing from every 60 minutes to every 30-60 minutes. Eastbound weekday trips are being added from 19:58 to 00:52, changing from every 30 minutes to every 30-60 minutes. Westbound weekend trips are being added from 07:53 to 23:48, changing from every 60 minutes to every 30-60 minutes. Westbound weekday trips are being added from 18:53 to 23:48, with service changing from every 30-60 minutes to every 30-60 minutes.
Route Changes
Orange Line (Route ORANGE): On weekends, eastbound and westbound service will change with added and removed trips, adjusted trip times, and stop changes. Weekend eastbound service changes to every 20-40 minutes in peak times, 15-25 minutes at midday, and 7-46 minutes off-peak. Weekend westbound service changes to every 5-25 minutes in peak and midday, and 5-56 minutes off-peak. On weekdays, westbound trips will be shifted slightly, with one trip added and one removed, including small time changes such as 04:07 to 04:06 and 05:29 to 05:28.
Red Line (Route RED): On both weekdays and weekends, northbound service is discontinued. On weekdays, southbound service is also discontinued. On weekends, southbound service will have fewer trips, with 54 trips removed, one trip shifted, and some stop and frequency changes between 04:01 and 02:00. Example changes include a trip changing from 01:10 to 01:07, and some trips such as 04:01 and 04:33 being removed.
Green Line (Route GREEN): On weekdays, southbound and northbound service is discontinued. On weekends, both directions will continue running, but several trips are removed and many trip times are adjusted. Southbound weekend service changes from every 20 minutes to every 20 to 40 minutes, with examples including trips shifting by 1 minute and trips removed at 16:48, 21:08, and 21:54. Northbound weekend service changes from every 20 to 60 minutes to every 20 to 40 minutes, with example trips shifting by 1 minute and trips removed at 10:11, 15:31, and 16:11.
