Jerry Franklin has over four decades of transportation related experience, much of which has been at the senior executive levels of government. Currently he serves as the Vice President - Chief Safety Officer, reporting directly to the President/CEO of the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), where he manages the agency's operational safety program with the objective of ensuring the protection of DART employees, passengers, property and stakeholders.
