Mike Hubbell directs DART's second largest and most diverse department, employing some 990 skilled, non-skilled, professional, management and support staff. His department is responsible for maintenance of all DART-operated vehicles, operating facilities, transit centers, passenger shelters and stops, and light rail systems, stations and right-of-way. Hubbell's team is also responsible for providing technical training to maintenance employees, managing facility reconstruction and rehabilitation and developing specifications for vehicles, components and consumable products. He reports to the Executive Vice President, Operations.
