Track Work to Disrupt Downtown Rail Service Over 2 June Weekends.
Effective June 13-14, 20-21, 2009.

Buses will replace DART Rail service in the downtown area due to track maintenance on the second and third weekends in June.

Beginning Saturday morning, June 13, through the end of service on Sunday evening, June 14, southbound Red and Blue Line trains will operate only as far as Pearl Station and northbound trains only to Union Station. Also that Saturday evening, beginning at 7 p.m., special buses will operate every ten minutes between Pearl Station and American Airlines Center for the Andrea Bocelli concert.

On the following weekend, June 20-21, a second construction project will require bus substitution between Pearl and West End stations. Again, bus shuttles will meet all scheduled trains.

Board shuttles at the red bus stop located near each station. Also, please remember to allow extra time for your commute on these two weekends.
