Summer at the Nasher is a season-long celebration of the arts for all ages at the Nasher Sculpture Center, 2001 Flora St.With a $35 Summer Family Pass a family of two adults and children 18 and under can enjoy the center's full line-up of summer fun:

George Washington Carver: An Extraordinary Man with a Mighty Vision explores the life of the man who was born into slavery and used his gifts to become a groundbreaking scientist, educator and humanitarian.The exhibition at the African American Museum of Dallas, 3536 Grand Ave. in Fair Park, features more than 100 artifacts, videos, interactive displays and recreated scenes.
