Route 409 Detour Extended on Butler Through September
With construction still limiting traffic on Medical District Drive to two lanes, the current detour on Route 409 will remain in effect for at least one more month.Buses will continue to operate over Maple Avenue, turn left on Butler Street and right on Harry Hines Boulevard to resume regular routing. Buses returning from Forest Park and Treadway will travel the same detour in reverse.
Service along Medical District Drive between Maple and Harry Hines and along Harry Hines between Medical District Drive and Butler is expected to resume on or about October 1.
