TRAVELING TO AND FROM DFW AIRPORT

DART has two convenient and economical ways to travel between DFW Airport and downtown Dallas - the Trinity Railway Express (TRE) and DART bus routes 310 and 408.

Trinity Railway Express (TRE) Airport Service

The TRE links downtown Dallas Union Station or downtown Fort Worth's ITC Station with CentrePort/DFW Airport Station Monday through Saturday. The airport's free Remote South shuttle bus service provides continuous connections between the station and airline terminals.

DFW Airport Remote South Shuttle Bus

Three shuttle bus routes link CentrePort/DFW Airport Station and the airlines, by way of the Remote South parking lot.

To airline terminals:

TRE passengers traveling from CentrePort/DFW Airport Station to airline terminals board Remote South buses on the northwest end of the rail station platform. Buses depart the station approximately every 15-30 minutes weekdays and Saturdays. At Remote South, passengers connect to buses serving either Terminals A and C, Terminals B and E, or Terminal D.

From airline terminals:

Airline travelers arriving at DFW Airport board Remote South buses at designated stops on the lower level of the terminals. Buses depart the terminals approximately every 15 minutes. At Remote South, passengers connect to buses serving CentrePort/DFW Airport Station. Buses to CentrePort/DFW Airport Station depart Remote South approximately every 15-30 minutes weekdays and Saturdays.

  • Shuttles to and from the terminals run approximately every 15 minutes.

  • Sunday
  • No TRE Service. Shuttles to and from the terminals run approximately every 15 minutes.

  • TRE Fares
    A single-trip ticket from CentrePort/DFW Airport Station to stations east is $3.75. A single-trip ticket to stations west of CentrePort/DFW Airport Station is $2.50. One-day passes are also available and are good for unlimited rides (including your return trip) until 3 a.m. the next day. View the Trinity Railway Express website for more fare information.

    SERVICE SCHEDULE

    Route 310 Bus
  • Bus route 310 runs Monday through Friday, from approximately 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • All DFW Airport trips on weekdays will terminate at the Remote North parking lot, with service to terminals and the west side of the airport available on airport shuttles. Continuous airport bus service is available to all terminals.
  • Bus route 310 serves the North Irving Transit Center.

    Route 408 Bus
  • Bus route 408 runs 7 days a week
  • All DFW Airport trips will serve the Remote South parking lot. From there, take the airport bus shuttle to travel between the Remote South parking lot and the airport terminals. Continuous airport bus service is available to all terminals.
  • Bus route 408 serves South Irving Station and Medical/Market Center Station.

    Bus Routes 310 and 408 to DFW Airport

    Effective October 1, 2007

    Route 310:
  • Serves the DFW Remote North parking lot weekdays
  • Purchase a $1.75 single-ride ticket or buy a $4.00 Local Day Pass and ride all day


  • Route 408:
  • Serves DFW Remote South parking lot 7 days a week
  • Purchase a $1.75 single-ride ticket or buy a $4.00 Local Day Pass and ride all day


  • DFW Airport to Downtown Dallas

    Route 310 to Express Route 202:
    On weekdays, ride the route 310 NORTH IRVING TRANSIT CENTER bus departing from the DFW Remote North parking lot to the North Irving Transit Center. Transfer to the express route 202 DOWNTOWN DALLAS bus to continue to downtown Dallas. (For travel between airport terminals and the Remote North parking lot, take the airport bus shuttle. Continuous service is available from all terminals.)

    For travel between DFW Airport and downtown Dallas on route 310 and express route 202, purchase a $5.00 System Day Pass and ride all day.

    On weekends, ride the route 408 MEDICAL MARKET CENTER bus from the Remote South parking lot to the Harry Hines & Butler bus stop. Continue on the route 409 ILLINOIS STATION bus to Cityplace Station to connect to DART Rail.

    Downtown Dallas to DFW Airport

    Express Route 202 to Route 310:
    On weekdays, ride the express route 202 NORTH IRVING TRANSIT CENTER bus, departing the West Transfer Center (curbside stop D, E or F on the Griffin Street side) in downtown Dallas to the North Irving Transit Center. Transfer to route 310 DFW NORTH REMOTE PARKING bus to continue to the DFW Airport Remote North parking lot. (Take the airport bus shuttle to travel between the Remote North parking lot and the airport terminals. Continuous airport bus service is available to all terminals.)

    On weekends, route 408 DFW AIRPORT serves the Remote South parking lot. Depart from the Harry Hines & Butler bus stop, or take route 409 PARKLAND from Cityplace Station to Harry Hines & Butler, then transfer to route 408.

    Fares
    A single-ride express route 202 bus fare is $2.50. A System one-day pass is $5.00 and is good for unlimited rides on DART buses, DART Rail and on the TRE between West Irving Station and Union Station (including your return trip) until 3 a.m. the next day.
