DART Paratransit Services now offers Express Booking (XPB), an easy and convenient way for you to schedule your trips by telephone. Through XPB, riders can book trips through the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephone system without having to speak with a person. This can be done through two separate features: 1) the personal trip list or 2) the previously scheduled trip list. XPB is available seven (7) days a week, and callers can access the system anytime between 2:00 a.m. and 12 midnight. Another great advantage to using XPB is that trips can be scheduled four (4) days in advance, every day.

The first feature of XPB allows you to create your own personal trip list which can include up to ten (10) of your most frequent locations.

The second XPB feature offers callers the option to select locations from the previously scheduled trip list. XPB will list your trips booked in the past three (3) days. When you hear the trip you want to take again, you may select that previously scheduled trip and enter the new date and time.
