Arapaho Center Station, using landscaping and the play of multi-colored lighting at night to emphasize the entrance, provides access to the Richardson Civic Center and other destinations through transfers to bus service (bus stops accessible by a pedestrian walkway under Greenville Avenue).

During the city's early years, this southern Dallas neighborhood was named "Cedars" because of the magnificent forest of conifer trees. It later became one of the first suburbs of Dallas, filled with ornate Victorian homes. Today, the neighborhood has been revitalized with the South Side on Lamar residential and retail development, the Dallas Police Headquarters, the Gilley's Dallas nightclub and Poor David's Pub.

DART's Victory Station is currently served by DART Rail and TRE special event service only.
