Instructions: To start the user registration process, please read and accept this legal notice and then provide your DART Vendor account number and your email address in the form provided.
Before you can create a registered user account, you must have completed Vendor Registration for your company and have already received your DART vendor number. If you are not a registered vendor with DART, please register your company to do business with DART.
