A complete copy of these rules can be obtained by contacting HNTB Corporation (“Sponsor”), 2001 Bryan Street, Suite 1500, Dallas, TX 75201, during available business hours Monday through Friday, or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above.

In partnership with Dallas Area Rapid Transit (“DART”), Sponsor will conduct the “2025 DART Passenger Journey Mapping Survey Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) substantially described in these rules, and by participating, each entrant agrees to as follows:

1. ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Texas who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the time of entry. All employees of DART and Sponsor, any of their agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and each such individual’s immediate family member (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, any child, any stepchild or any other relative residing in such individual’s household) are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The term “agents” means individuals, groups, contractors, or organizations, which represent or act on behalf of DART or the Sponsor. Each entrant may enter this Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period (defined below), and/or any other sweepstakes, contest(s) or Sweepstakes sponsored by the Sponsor, but you may only win one (1) prize from the Sponsor within any sixty (60) day period. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
   
   
   • Entry Requirements. Limit of one (1) entry per person. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be considered, and subsequent entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entries of entrants who the Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes or are in violation of these Official Rules.
     
     
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes will begin at 12 AM CST July 14, 2025, and end at 11:59 PM CST on August 22, 2025. The deadline for entry is 11:59 PM on August 22, 2025.
   
   
3. HOW TO ENTER: This Sweepstakes has one (1) distinct weekly drawing with one (1) way to enter: Eligible entrants/participants must complete the 2025 DART Passenger Journey Mapping Survey (at 100% completion required; and contact information completion is also required) and submit the completed 2025 DART Passenger Journey Mapping Survey to Sponsor online or by hard-copy (at the Sponsor address noted above) by 11:59 PM CST on August 22, 2025.
   
   Participants must also provide a valid email address to contact via the online or paper survey. Illegible and incomplete entries are void. The winners must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the time of entry. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. No person may exceed a maximum of one (1) entry. Any entries in excess of one (1) entry per person will not be considered.
   
   
4. AWARD PERIOD: On or about 12 PM CST on Monday (7/21/25), Monday (7/28/25), Monday (8/4/25), Monday (8/11/25), Monday (8/18/25), and Monday (8/25/25), (individually “Award Date” and collectively “Award Dates”), one (1) entrant (“Winner”) will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period on each Award Date. Each Winner will be selected randomly at HNTB Corporation, located at 2001 Bryan Street, Suite 1500, Dallas, Texas 75201. The drawings will be conducted by Sponsor staff. Sponsor staff will attempt to contact the eligible Winner, and if the Sponsor is unable to reach the Winner by email or phone within twenty-four (24) hours after each Award Date or a Winner does not respond according to the instructions in the Sponsor’s notification, that Winner will become ineligible for the prize and an alternate Winner will be selected by Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by Sponsor.
   
   Sponsor will maintain all documents and records, including and not limited to, all received entries and entrant information. Each Winner will be contacted via email or verbally using the email address and/or telephone number provided with the entry and may be awarded the prize (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these rules). Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential Winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Failure to respond to the Sponsor’s initial verification contact within 24 hours of notification or failure to claim the award within THIRTY (30) Days of verification as a Winner will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
   
   
5. VERIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER. THE ELIGIBILITY OF ALL POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. The potential Winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential Winner may be notified by email and/or telephone call after the date of random drawing and/or winner determination. The potential winner will be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within three (3) days of the date notice is sent, an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) to claim the prize, if applicable. A Winner who returns the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release will be deemed to have accepted the award and thereafter will not be permitted to rescind their acceptance of the prize and/or return the prize. If a potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and/or the liability/publicity release within the required time period (if applicable), or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential Winner shall forfeit the award. In the event that the potential winner of an award is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the applicable award to an alternate Winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
   
   
6. AWARD DESCRIPTION: One (1) randomly selected Winner will receive one of the following prizes (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) on each Award Date:
   

• One (1) family membership (for up to 4 people) to the Perot Museum of Science and a $25 USD DART Tap Card. The retail value of the membership is $160.00 USD.
  
  
• Four (4) tickets to Addison OktoberFest and a $25 USD DART Tap Card. The retail value of the Oktoberfest passes is $60 USD.
  
  
• Four (4) tickets to the State Fair of Texas and a $25 USD DART Tap Card. The retail value of the State Fair tickets is $100 USD.
  
  
• Four (4) tickets to the Dallas Zoo and a $25 USD DART Tap Card. The retail value of the Zoo tickets is $60 USD.
  
  
• Four (4) tickets to the Children’s Health StarCenter in Farmers Branch and a $25 USD DART Tap Card. The retail value of the tickets is $60 USD.
  
  
• Four (4) tickets to the Plano Balloon Festival and a $25 USD DART Tap Card. The retail value of the festival tickets is $48 USD.
  
  
No cash equivalent is permitted. Prizes are non-transferable.

7. AWARD CONDITIONS: Award is subject to availability. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for awards, except that Sponsor may, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The drawing will be conducted under the supervision and at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for another prize of equal or greater value at any time. All taxes imposed on any award (e.g., under federal or state tax laws) are the sole responsibility of the Winner, and the awards are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities, or any other expenses. All ownership rights in and to the name and marks used in, on or to describe the award are reserved to the owner thereof. If the Winner does not accept or use the entire award, the unaccepted or unused part of the award will be forfeited, and the Sponsor will have no further obligation with respect to that award or portion of the award.
   
   Any tickets and/or memberships awarded as part of an award will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the issuer and are valid only on the date(s) printed on the tickets or membership. Other restrictions may apply.
   
   If any prize or a portion of any award is postponed, cancelled, or otherwise unavailable due to disease, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, any acts of government and/or any reason that is beyond the control of the Sponsor, then no substitution shall be provided. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty about the safety of any award. By accepting and using an award, each Winner acknowledges and assumes all risks of accepting and using the award, and any other risks associated with the award.
   
   
8. ENTRANT CONDITIONS AND RELEASE. By entering, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) release and hold harmless DART and Sponsor, and each of their affiliated companies, participating sponsors, the award/prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a entrant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to an entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or entrant’s acceptance, use, non-use or misuse of the award.
   
   
9. PUBLICITY. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent to use by DART and the Sponsor and its agent of entrant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, entry, and/or biographical information (including hometown and state) for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
   
   
10. TAXES. All State, Local, Federal, and/or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner. All those who win a prize or prizes valued $600 or more in any given year will be issued an IRS Form 1099 to report their winnings.
    
    
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS. DART and the Sponsor reserve the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond DART or the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by DART and the Sponsor in their sole discretion. DART and the Sponsor reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entrant/individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, DART and the Sponsor reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. DART and/or the Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
    
    
12. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by DART and the Sponsor, entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use, non-use or misuse of any award/prize. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that a production, technical, programming or other error causes more than stated number of award/prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be claimed, DART and the Sponsor reserve the right to award only the stated number of awards/prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.
    
    
13. DISPUTES. Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court or the appropriate state court located in Dallas county, Texas; (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (d) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant, DART, and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Texas.
    
    
14. ENTRANT'S PERSONAL INFORMATION. Information collected from entrants is subject to DART’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the DART’s website. All entry blanks, forms, devices, and materials gathered during the course of entry, as well as all information contained therein, shall become the sole property of DART and the Sponsor to be used, disposed of or destroyed in its sole discretion. DART and the Sponsor are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information entered by website users, and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to DART and/or the Sponsor’s website. DART is a government entity and is subject to and complies with the Texas Public Information Act. Entrant’s personal data may be shared with a third party for purposes of selecting the winner and/or to comply with applicable law.

WINNERS LIST: To obtain a copy of the Winners’ names or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: HNTB Corporation, 2001 Bryan St., Suite 1500, Dallas, TX 75201, Attn: DART TRANSFORM. Requests must be received no later than October 1, 2025.
