Community Engagement
Building meaningful partnerships with local civic and nonprofit organizations, cultural institutions, and community leaders is a cornerstone of our approach. Through active outreach and dialogue, we seek to understand and address the unique needs of our diverse ridership and the communities in which they live, work and play. This collaborative process informs the development of culturally relevant services and outreach initiatives designed to enhance accessibility and equity.
Employee Training and Development
Recognizing that our workforce is the face of DART, we provide ongoing training and workshops focused on civility, empathy, cultural competence, and inclusion. These programs equip employees with the skills necessary to appropriately interact with each other and meaningfully serve our community with professionalism, empathy, and respect.
