Bus Stop Improvements Request Form
In order to provide for passenger convenience, and to operate a safe and efficient transportation system, DART has established guidelines for bus stop improvements requests. All requests for bus stop improvements - including stop adds, deletes and movements as well as amenity placements - must be initiated using this form.

Please Note:
All requests for new service, later service or route changes should be directed to the Customer Response Center at 214-749-3333 or to the Customer Service Feedback Form. The Bus Stop Improvements Request Form is only for bus stop improvements on already existing lines or stops.

DART Trip Planner
DART is the public transit authority for Addison, Carrollton, Cockrell Hill, Dallas, Farmers Branch, Garland, Glenn Heights, Highland Park, Irving, Richardson, Rowlett, Plano and University Park. We operate the Trinity Railway Express (TRE) in partnership with the T.

The DART Trip Planner will only create itineraries for fixed-route bus and rail service for locations within the DART service area. Fixed-route service to Fort Worth, Richland Hills and Hurst via the TRE and to Denton and Lewisville via DCTA A-train are also available through this trip planner.   2. DATE of service
  3. DART vehicle ID number
Example: Look for the DART vehicle ID number in these locations to identify the vehicle
(the ID number is also located above the windshield on the inside of the bus).
