Green Line is real estate "Deal of the Year"

Dallas Business Journal honors Green Line

The 28-mile, $1.8 billion DART Rail Green Line is the 2010 "Deal of the Year" according to the Dallas Business Journal.

The light rail project, also recognized as the "Community Impact Deal of the Year," was selected from more than 250 finalists by a panel of leading real estate experts.
