DART and the T Offer New Monthly Pass For Both Systems

DART and the T are now offering monthly passes that work on both transit systems.

Passes for January have already gone on sale at all regular outlets for DART and T passes. They will be offered in $30 and $60 denominations and will carry the insignia of both agencies.

"Now, a transit rider can take a bus from Fort Worth to Richland Hills, grab the Trinity Railway Express and ride to Dallas then hop on a bus to Plano, all using the same pass," said John Bartosiewicz, president of the T.

"In Europe, you can buy one pass that works on virtually every country's transit system. The new pass from DART and the T moves us a little closer to our vision of regionalism and the improved customer convenience that it implies," added Roger Snoble, DART president/executive director.
