Dallas, TX- Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) invites seniors to the Older Americans Month Information & Health Fair on Thursday, May 28, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Centennial Hall in Fair Park.
This year’s theme, Flip the Script on Aging, encourages a fresh perspective on growing older by challenging stereotypes and redefining what it means to age.
“According to the U.S. Census in the United States, there are currently more 60-year-olds than 16-year-olds,” said Jeamy Molina, Chief Communication Officer. “At DART, we realize that age is not only just a number but representation of access to wisdom. This year's theme reminds us to live beyond your stereotypes and allows us to honor the elders of our community in North Texas.”
