New member to represent Carrollton and Irving

Randall D. Chrisman to represent Carrollton and Irving on DART Board of Directors

Randall D. Chrisman has been appointed to represent the cities of Carrollton and Irving on the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Board of Directors.

Board members are appointed by the city councils of DART's 13 member cities and serve two-year terms.

Chrisman has been president of The Chrisman Company, a full service commercial real estate brokerage firm, since 1989. He has been a resident of Carrollton for 15 years and was most recently a member of the Carrollton Planning and Zoning Commission and the Carrollton Tree Board.

Chrisman brings business and public service experience to his new appointment. "I am excited about joining the DART Board," said Chrisman. "I plan to be an advocate of Dallas Area Rapid Transit and an effective representative."

Chrisman earned a BA degree from Oklahoma State University and holds a Commercial Broker License in Texas and Oklahoma.
