Effective September 14, route 3 Ross weekday inbound trips change by 1 to 4 minutes with 1 trip added and 1 removed, weekday outbound trips change by 2 to 5 minutes with many trips added and removed, and weekend outbound service changes from 15-30 minutes to 13-33 minutes in some periods.
