Located within walking distance of the growing Cypress Waters area, the Cypress Waters Station is the first residential and business point for passengers leaving DFW Airport. The station will provide mobility access with DART bus connections for locals in the Dallas enclave and neighboring Coppell.

The DART Rail system features 65 stations, located in downtown Dallas, South Dallas, South Oak Cliff, West Oak Cliff, the North Central Expressway Corridor to North Dallas, Richardson and Plano, the Northeast Corridor to Garland and Rowlett, the Northwest Corridor to Farmers Branch and Carrollton, the Southeast Corridor to Pleasant Grove and the Northwest Corridor to Irving and DFW Airport.
