Media Relations Contact: May 1, 2020 DART Adding Bus Stops to Serve Inland Port Bus stops that benefit businesses within the Southern Dallas County Inland Port have been approved by the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Board. The Southern Dallas County Inland Port is a 120-square mile area that encompasses five cities, nearly 90,000 residents, and serves as a base of operations for hundreds of major employers. Adding three sets of stops between Cedardale Road and the college allows DART to provide transit options to large Dallas businesses in the area such as L'Oréal, Amazon and Quality Custom Distribution. The new stops should be operational in early May. -- 30 -- |
