Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OF GOODS OR SERVICES NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

ELIGIBILITY. The 2025 DART Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of Texas only who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the time of entry. All employees of DART (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, (hereafter collectively, “Released Parties”), and each such individual’s immediate family member (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. You may enter this Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period (defined below), and/or any other sweepstakes, contest(s) or Sweepstakes sponsored by the Sponsor, but you may only win one (1) prize from the Sponsor within any sixty (60) day period. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes will begin at 12 a.m. CST May 5, 2025 and end at 11:59 p.m. CST on June 9, 2025. The deadline for entry is 11:59 p.m. on June 9, 2025.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Limit of one (1) entry per person. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be considered, and subsequent entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entries of entrants who the Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes or are in violation of these Official Rules.
HOW TO ENTER: This Sweepstakes has one (1) distinct drawing with one (1) way to enter. Eligible participants must complete the 2025 DART Customer Satisfaction Survey (at least 70% completion required) through submission of the printed or online survey form by 11:59 p.m. CST on June 21, 2025. If a participant needs to return a printed survey, they can deliver it to DART HQ Front Desk – 1401 Pacific Ave, Dallas, TX 75202. Participants must also provide a valid email address to contact. Illegible and incomplete entries are void. The winners must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the time of entry. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. No person may exceed a maximum of one (1) entry. Any entries in excess of one (1) entry per person will not be considered.
AWARD PERIOD: The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period. The winners will be selected randomly at Moroch Partners, Inc., located at 147 Manufacturing St., Dallas, TX 75207 on June 30, 2025. The drawings will be conducted by non-Sponsor staff. The Sponsor’s staff will attempt to contact eligible winners by July 2, 2025. If the Sponsor is unable to reach the potential winner within twenty-four (24) hours after attempting to do so or potential winner does not respond according to the instructions in the Sponsor’s notification, that person will become ineligible for the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. The decisions of the Sponsor, including the selection of the winners, are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION: One (1) randomly selected winner will receive one (1) five-hundred-dollar ($500.00) Amazon® Gift Card (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion). The retail value of the card is $500.00 USD. No cash equivalent is permitted. The prize is non-transferable.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prize is subject to availability. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The drawing will be conducted under the supervision and in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for another prize of equal or greater value at any time. All taxes imposed on any prize (e.g., under federal or state tax laws) are the sole responsibility of the winner. All ownership rights in and to the name and marks used in, on or to describe the prize are reserved to the owner thereof. If the winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited, and the Sponsor will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize.
USE OF DATA: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the DART website. To read the Privacy Policy go to: https://DART.org/about/privacypolicy.asp. DART is a government entity and is subject to and complies with the Texas Public Information Act. Personal data may be shared with a third party for purposes of selecting the winner.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Sweepstakes is run by the Sponsor, who is solely responsible for conducting the Sweepstakes and awarding the prize. Entrants agree that the Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, or misdirected entries, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network and/or transmission line, computer online system, computer equipment, hardware, software, or any email failure, including failure due to traffic congestion on the Internet or website, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, illegible, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes in the event of significant technical difficulties, including those caused by viruses, hacking, unauthorized intervention, or fraud. Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of any prize. The value of the prize is based upon good faith estimate by the Sponsor as of the date the Sweepstakes was commenced. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for changes in market conditions that may impact the value of a prize. There is no guarantee that the IRS, or its counterpart in any jurisdiction, will accept the estimated value of any prize for purposes of determining any tax that may be due by the winner. Entrants hereby fully release the released parties from any and all liability, damages, injuries, or claims caused by or resulting from the use or possession of any prize awarded or caused by or resulting from participation in the sweepstakes or any related sweepstakes.

Each entrant agrees to release, hold harmless and indemnify each of the released parties and the respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, representatives and agents of each for any liability whatsoever for injuries or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the use, acceptance, possession, misuse or awarding of the prize, while preparing for, participating in and/or traveling to or from any prize- or sweepstakes-related activity, including, without limitation, any injury, damage, death, loss, or accident to person or property. Each winner agrees that the prize is provided as-is without any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, whether now known or hereinafter enacted, relative to the use or enjoyment of the prize, including, without limitation, its quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Further, the released parties are not responsible in any way for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, or re-routing resulting from any acts of any government, authority, or third party.

Without limiting any other provision in these Official Rules, the Released Parties are not responsible or liable to any entrant or winner or any person claiming through such entrant or winner for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof in the event that any of the Sweepstakes activities or the Released Parties’ operations or activities are affected, as determined by the Released Parties in their sole discretion, including, without limitation, by reason of any acts of God, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action, regulations, order or request proves to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal) labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any law, rule, regulation, order or other action adopted or taken by any governmental, federal, state or local government authority, or any other cause, whether or not specifically mentioned above.
DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, the Sponsor reserves the right to make all decisions in its sole discretion arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, and the decisions by the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law’s provisions. Any disputes resulting in litigation between the Parties shall be conducted in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County in the State of Texas. (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) notwithstanding the foregoing, Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States of America and the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the laws of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than State of Texas.
WINNERS LIST: To obtain a copy of the winners’ names or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Moroch Partners, 147 Manufacturing St.
Dallas, TX 75207, Attn: Legal. Requests must be received no later than September 1, 2025.
